Plan your Wuyishan Tour<\/a><\/span><\/strong>? The Thread of Sky Scenic Area is one of the interesting attractions in Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area. The Thread of Sky, or A Ray of Sky is very close to the attraction of the colossal Roaring Tiger Rock<\/span>.<\/a><\/strong> Very often people would first visit the Tiger Roaring Rock, then take a shuttle to the entrance to the Thread of Sky Caves area. The two attractions combined usually take you half day time.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nA Thread of Sky refers to a fissure dark cave with a thin crack above from which light shines. People enter the cave and walk through a less than one meter rift that in the places less than 40cm.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Beside the a fissured dark cave, actually there are other three caves in a huge rock mountain – Ling Cave, Feng Cave and Fuxi Cave. People enter the Fuxi Cave and turn right squeezing through the\u00a0narrow, high, dark, wet and long crevice – the Thread of Sky. The Thread of Sky is formed by mechanic widening of thin fissures in the rock.<\/p>\n

<\/span>It needs a fairly good shape of body and the gut to walk through the dark\u00a0crevasse along the wet stone steps accompanied by the screaming of the bats around you. Are you afraid of excrement?<\/p>\n

We walk back to the Shuttle Bus Terminal of the Thread of Sky Scenic Area and wait for the transfer back to our hotel in Wuyishan Resort<\/span> <\/a>for lunch.<\/span><\/div>\n

During the peak tourist season, the passing of the narrow crack will take around half hour. If you are not in good health or mood, you are not suggested to take the adventure.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
