This is what the outdoor musical show “Impression Dahongpao” wants to tell people, to find\u00a0an osais of their hearts. Impression Dahongpao is co-directed by Zhang Yimu, Wang Chaoge and Fan Yue,\u00a0known as the Iron Triangle.<\/p>\n

Impression Dahongpao is their fifth production of the Impression series after Impression\u00a0after the Impression\u00a0Liu Sanjie in Guilin, Impression Lijiang in Yunnan, Impression West Lake in Hangzhou and impression Hainan Island.<\/p>\n

<\/span>I have seen Zhang Yimu’s Impression Liusanjie in Guilin and Impression West Lake in Hangzhou as well the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Beijing the year 2008.<\/p>\n

We are all\u00a0quite familiar with his skill and\u00a0high-tech to impress audiences largely using light, color and strong music mixed with the local folklore and culture based on the real landscape as the stage and background. Impression Dahongpao is no exception in the these features.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

But Impression Dahongpao does have some breakthroughs. The show\u00a0creates the audience seats offering a view of 360 degrees.\u00a0A 360-degree rotating auditorium it possible for the 2,000 audiences to enjoy a round view that changes as the play goes on.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

15 big screens are hidden somewhere in the distant trees and\u00a0mountains. They only appear when the show needs them to help present an illusion of connected acts to vividly tell a love story necessary for the show.<\/p>\n

<\/span>In a word,\u00a0all the lights and high-tech effects are used\u00a0to impress people in appreciating\u00a0the natural scenery of Wuyishan, and the spirit of China’s traditional tea culture.<\/p>\n
