Plan your Great Wall Tour<\/a>? Currently the Great Wall of China is actually not a continuous wall\u00a0unlike many people think. The Great Wall now exists\u00a0in bits. For historical or tourism promotion reasons, these bits of the Great Wall are given numerous names.<\/p>\n

<\/span>For the Great Wall around Beijing, people are most familiar with Juyongguan Great Wall<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Badaling Great Wall<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Huanghuacheng Great Wall<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Juyongguan Great Wall<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Mutianyu Great Wall<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Simatai Great Wall<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Jinshanling Great Wall<\/span><\/a>, Jiankou Great Wall\u00a0<\/a>and <\/span>Gubeikou Great Wall<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/span>The fact is there are more sections of the Great Wall of China in Beijing than the above mentioned. These less popular bits of the Wall are either opened or closed to the public visitors. These bits of the Wall are less touristy also with stunning views!<\/p>\n

<\/span>This morning we succeeded in hiking across the Luanling Great Wall ( Or Lu An ling Great Wall). Luanling literally means” Donkey Saddle’s Mountain”. Luanling Great Wall has two sections – east and west. Its west section is forbidden for hiking due to treacherousness and wildness.<\/p>\n

S<\/span>tanding on the east section of Luanling Great Wall, we have better views of its west section, as well as two more sections in the east\u00a0 – Lianyunling Great Wall<\/a> and Xuangshuihu Great Wall<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Xianghshuihu Great Wall, Lianyunling Great Wall and Luanling Great Wall are located from east to west. All the three bits of the Wall stand between Jiankou Great Wall <\/a>to their east and Huanghuacheng Great Wall<\/a> to their west.<\/p>\n
