Beijing is a megacity with numerous locations to take great photos!\u00a0 To keep things simple, I\u2019ve narrowed down my list to top 10 locations ( check out : Top 10 Photo Spots in Beijing<\/a>). Certainly, you may have your own choice of the Top 10 per your own taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are four turrets around Forbidden City with each corner topped by one turret tower.\u00a0The two turrets on the northeast and northwest corners of Forbidden City<\/a> offer great photo opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Northwest Turret and Northeast Turret are my favourite photo spots. The beauty of Chinese traditional architecture attracts a consistent daily flow of visitors and photographers, professional and\u00a0amateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Northeast Turret is a good location to snap the picture of sunset glow mirrored on the city moat accompanied by Jingshan Park<\/a>.\u00a0 A few days ago I couldn’t resist the temptation of taking photos of the charming towers. I heaved my photography pack and taxied to the northeast corner of Forbidden City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The waist-level moat wall on the northeast corner was full of people, photographers with their cameras on theirs tripods and tourists with their smartphones busy taking pictures of the turret tower.  I even saw a young couple taking wedding photos.<\/p>\n\n\n
