By far Diamond Princess has assisted disembarkation starting about 07:30 with the last stragglers coming off around 09:00. So you leave your ship at a prearranged time. The main terminal is composed of the custom house, luggage area and waiting halls. Your cruise ship docks just by the main building.

Taking your handbags, you go through the customs. Then you go to claim your luggage at the check luggage area. If you have much luggage and cannot carry or roll them, you may ask the port terminal staff for help.

Actually there are two exits – Exit 2 and Exit 3. Exit 2 is in the middle of the hall for tourist groups while Exit 3 is on the left side of the Exit 2, only for individual tourists. So make sure you go through the right exit ( in most cases Exit 3 is chosen for individual travelers like you).

If you have booked the cruise transfer through tour-Beijing.com, you are requested to go through Exit 03. Your tour guide is expecting you there.

With help of our representativeor or driver, you will be escorted to your waiting coach, outside the terminal. You are kindly advised to wait on the bus for others to come aboard the coach since it is a shared coach transfer. Each passenger is allowed to carry maximum two large suitcaes on the bus. If you have more luggage, please contact our trip advisor in advance to avoid any trouble.

Tianjin Port is about 200 km from Beijing. The normal Tianjin Port Xingang Beijing one way drive takes about 2-3 hours. But along the Jinjingtang Highway linking Beijing and Tianjin Port, heavy fog happens occasionally for the whole year, nobody can predict the coming fog day for an exact date though the historical fog record shows that the most possibility of fog days fall on October and early November. Arriving in Beijing, you will be transferred to your hotels respectively from South Beijing to North Beijing. So be patient if your hotel is located in the north city of Beijing.



Time and Meeting Place (Beijing International Hotel - Tianjin Port Transfer)
Beijing International Hotel (West Gate) is our designated place for our passengers to get together for the coach transfer. So for Beijing - Tianjin Cruise Port coach tranfer, you are kindly requested to be on our bus before 10:00am since our coach is scheduled to leave the west gate of Beijing International Hotel (北京国际饭店)at 10:00am. You may take a taxi, or take the Subway Line 2 (if not much luggage) and get off at Beijing Railway Station Stop. Beijing International Hotel is just north of Beijing Railway Station (北京站) across the Chang'an Avenue.

FAQS(1): Tianjin Port Cruise - Beijing Transfer
Arriving in Beijing, you will be transferred to your hotels respectively from South Beijing to North Beijing. So be patient if your hotel is located in the north city of Beijing.

1. Approx.how many hotel stops will there be on the way?
We keep approx. maximum 10 hotel stops, startng from the hotels in southern Beijing, then Beijing downtown and finally northen Beijing. All hotels are designated by our clients, not pre-arranged by us.

2. How many hours before we are dropped off at our hotel?
If no traffic congestion and no heavy fog, the coach drive from Xingang Port to Beijing takes about 2 hours along the Jingjintang Highway.

The total hotel stops take aprrox.4 hours. Our coach stops from the hotels in southern Beijing, then Beijing downtown and finally northen Beijing.

3. Are there any restroom stops in between?

1. You are kindly requested to ask for a 7am disembarkation time so that everyone would be ready to go much sooner. And you will have much more time in the city of Beijing instead of being stuck at the port. Thanks for your cooperation!
