I stayed here as part of a Travlsphere Tour. It is a very good hotel with a nice lobby area. The rooms are good and I enjoyed my stay here.
There is also some shops by the lobby area, one of which sells Terra-cotta which we bought whist staying here. Overall, a very good hotel. Dec 1, 2007
Stayed at the Xian Hotel in Oct.2007 with my friends for 2 nights. We had a lovely and large room (suit like) on the 7th floor. The room on initial view looked very nice and modern, on closer inspection it is clear they cut some corners. The bathroom is new and clean albeit a touch small.
The hotel is located outside the ancient city walls of Xian but is right on the main road. Once you walk out of the hotel you simply take a left and just walk straight. It is about 7 min walk to the city gate and another 10-15 min walk from there to the Drum and Bell Tower Niov.28,2007
It was a very nice hotel and in a good location. The rooms were very modern and clean. The food was very good, but in this area of China they do tend to use chilli rather a lot! The hotel was in easy walking distance of shops and local attractions and is well worth a visit .July 20, 2007
