Daniel Li,
I am writing to you to thank you very much for our wonderful trip to Xian. The tour that you organised was fantastic. Sorry for the delay in feedback. I thank you for all your prompt and quick replies to our needs and desires for the tour that we took on Feb 10, 2008. You are very professional and provided what we had requested. I enjoyed my tour of Xian - from start to finish. It was most comforting to have my tour guide meet me at the airport. Your tour guide - Ms Mary Ma is exceptional in both her English and her knowledge of her subject. She is to be congratulated.
I have no hesitation in recommending your company to other travellers.
Thank you once again.
Kind regards
Janet Hawke

Guest Reviews:
This was the second trip, after Beijing, on our tour of China. We were here for 2 nights and wished we had stayed longer.
The hotel is consummate, the rooms are large with floor to ceiling windows and views over Xian. It is situated in the South of Xian so it is easy for us to access everything. The lobby and front desk have high ceilings and area very imposing. I'm just glad I do not have the job of cleaning the massive chandelier in the lobby lounge. Our room was technologically up to the minute with WIFi, flat panel TV etc. The night lights under the bedside tables and in the bathroom mean no more banged toes on those nighttime errands and no more woken partners always good for marital harmony! The bathroom has a separate shower across a corner of the bathroom making it large enough to without banging my elbows. The service here is excellent always friendly and attentive, particularly in the lobby bar. We had no problem communicating our needs in English and the young staffs were very engaging and enthusiastic. Breakfast was easier to navigate: an extensive Eastern/ Western breakfast buffet that included wonderful marinated bamboo shoots, smoked fish, “Dragon Eyes” (a fruit the size of a shooter marble-peel off the leathery skin and be careful of the large pit), dried fruit, fresh melon, pastries, dim sum, and all the Western standards as well, including omlettes made to order.
A great new hotel in a wonderful city, we will return to both. March 21, 2008
