Lao Sunjia Restaurant
Built in 1898, Lao Sunjia is the China's time-honored brand. At present it is one of the largest National Restaurants and has been listed as the open window to receive foreign travelers. It features Muslim Dish and unique folk snack. Its house speciality is Yang Rou Pao Mo. It has tender mutton and thick soup, pure fragrance and pleasant tastes, and is flexible and smooth. It is called "Eight Top Dished of Lao Sunjia" together with Lao Sunjia Bai Yunzhang Muslim Dumpling, Muslim Dishes, Flavor Snack, La Beef & Mutton, Muslim moon cake, Muslim Hotpot and Gingeli Shaobing. After the dish, wash your food dosn with "Eight Treasures Tea", a mixture of tea, nuts, fruit and crystallized sugar.

Chun Fasheng Restaurant
Chun Fasheng Restaurant is famous for its genuine "Hu Lutou Paomo". In the Tang Dynasty, Hu Lutou Paomo was the cate of Chang'an City and it is also the traditional flavor food hitherto. Current Hu Lutou Paomo is the result of the ceaseless amelioration on the bases of Tang Dyansty. Its soup is thick and delicious. The Mo is fragrant and the meat is tender. "Mentioned Hu Lutou, slobber is drooling" is the best witness of its dainty.

Defachang Dumpling Restaurant
Constructed in 1936, Defachang Dumpling Restaurant is the China's time-honored brand with the reputation renowned at home and abroad. At present it is the largest size and most various categories in China. Its famous Dumpling Banquet features "one dumpling one shape, hundreds dumplings hundreds taste". Xi'an Roast Duck
As per the record in ( Chao Ye Jin Zai ) of Tang Dynasty, Xi'an Roast Duck could be traced back to Tang Dynasty. On the bases of traditional technique of Xi'an, mixed the famous Roast Duck technique of Beijing, Xi'an Roast Duck developed its own taste: the skin is crisp, the color is red, the meat is tender, and the taste is fragrant. Its featured dishes are Jing Jing Li Ji, Xiang Zha Ya Chuan, Xiang Ru Ya Zhang, etc.

Qujiangchun Wine Restaurant
