TripAdvisor
We had an absolutely perfect day with our tour guide - Rogin Luo - who took us for a hike along The Great Wall! Didn't know what to expect and were thrilled to have him as our guide. Very imformative, knowledgable and fun! We go to experience a part of The Great Wall that was unrestored and see all its natural beauty. Got a long history lesson along the way!

After the hike, we all went to lunch at a small place at the bottom of the hill. Located in a house, we ate lunch in the proprietors bedroom! What a hoot! Rogin is the Best of the Best! This tour company delivered for us and we are extremely grateful.

Xiamen Tour

Xiamen, also known as Amoy, is a coastal city in Fujian Province in Southeast China. The city of Xiamen was founded in the early Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) when the city walls were built and the town was established as an important seaport. The port was closed to foreigners in the 1750s. The 1841 Opeum Wars forced the Xiamen Port open and Xiamen became one of the first treaty port. In the early 1980s, Xiamen became one of the four original Special Economic Zones opened to foreign investment and trade when China's open door policy was practised.

Now Xiamen is recoganized as one of the most suitable cities for living and most romantic leisure cities in China. The city center of Xiamen is on the island of the same name with tree-lined beaches, the old-world charm of Victorian-era style European buildings and the tiny Island of Gulangyu of a former foreign enclave.

This is the one-stop place for planning your trip to Xiamen and its neibouring destinations such Hakka Tulou and Wuyishan no matter you are a very independent traveler or local travel agency frequent user.
