We chose your company above others because of your prompt and efficient system on email - You gave us everything and more that we wanted to do and see in China on our guided tour of Beijing and Xian - Without our guide in China we would have been lost both against language barrier and places to see.Our guide Peter and his driver Mr Leo were both courteous and polite and made our trip fantastic. With a family of six with two children and two elderly parents this trip was both educational and entertaining whilst enjoying and was worth every penny. Pick-up from your hotel at 8:00 AM. It takes more than one hours' drive to reach Hancunhe village. It is a medium-sized village with a population of over 2,700. Hancunhe village is located in Fangshan District, the southwest of Beijing and about 50km away from downtown Beijing. Once a poor village, Hancunhe has now become one of the nation's model villages. You can find such facilities like park, department store, hotel, swimming pool, cinema, travel agency, post office, hospital and education center. Beautiful flowers and trees are planted everywhere, making it like green garden. This is a modern Chinese village. It is well planned and organized. All the villagers's villa-type houses are in good order. It's also an ideal place to buy really fresh vegetables. You will be arranged to visit a local family, talking and chatting with the hostess. Then visit the modern facilities in the village. The most intriguing activity is to visit the green house to see all the anti-season vegetables. You can buy some fresh vegetables if you like. You also have the chance to visit their village development museum to learn more about the village's history and its development. Hancunhe Village is a showcase of the modern villages in China. after visiting Hancunhe Village, you will be returned to your hotel in downtown Beijing.
