Shanghai Chenghuang Temple Snack Street
“If you didn’t go to Chenghuang Temple, you actually haven’t gone to Shanghai.”, which is the witness of the status and infection of Chenghuang Temple in Shanghai. Located in the Middle Fangbang Road, It is high reputation as one of the famous snack streets of Shanghai. Guotie (fried dumpling), baked foods, Hong Kong-style crystal cake, Guangzhou-style congee and noodles in Luyuan Restaurant are all very popular.
Yellow River Snack Street
Situated in the north side of the People Square and near the Nanjing Road, Yellow River Snack Street has an assembly of good but fairly expensive seafood restaurants in the Chinese style. Besides, there are a hundreds of different sizes of restaurants specialized in Shanghai food in this not-so-long Road. It is said: “When in Rome, do as the Romans do”, so the foods here are cater to the taste of Shanghai people, which are very popular.
