Details:
Pick up from your hotel in Beijing around 5:00pm. Then drive to the Badaling Great Wall. The Badaling section of the great wall is located 80 km away north from the center of Beijing and is the most popular section to climb the wall in Beijing. This section of the Great Wall was made by huge bar stones and paved with square bricks making the wall pavement smoothly ordered. The Badaling section became a national cultural relic and a world heritage listing by United Nation in 1987.
Each year from May to October starting from the year 2005, the Badaling Great Wall will be lightened from Tower No.01 of south section to Tower No.05 of north section. Many travellers are interested in climbing the great wall in evening either to avoid the daytime crowd or enjoy the unique view of the wall. The open hour of Badaling Great wall starts at 6:00pm and finishes at 9:00pm . After the evening tour, drive back to your hotel downtown in Beijing.
