China Sports Museum
The China Sports Museum is located in Beijing on the southeast side of the Olympic Center outside Anding Men. The building is quite extraordinary. It opens out like an octagonal fan, or like a whirlwind that is about to take off, symbolizing the powerful development of Chinese sports.The hall of sports achievements made in new China displays many pictures, models and practicalities that reflect the Party's and the State's deep concerns with the sports cause and the glorious achievements in the construction of sports areas for the public.
The history of China's participation in modern Olympic Games and the development of athletics in New China are on display in the fourth exhibition hall.
