Pick up at your hotel at 9:00pm and first transfer to the Former Residence of Soong Ching Ling, late Honorary Chairman of the People's Republic of China, located at 46 North Rive Street in the Rear Lake area of the West City District. The residence was once a garden of one of the Qing Dynasty princes' mansions. She was late Honorary Chairman of the People's Republic of China, be known as "the Mother of China". |
Then move on to the former Residence of Mei Lanfang (renowned Peking Opera star), located on 9 Huguosi Street in the West City District - originally part of Prince Qing's Mansion. Mei Lanfang(1894 - 1961) was the best known Beijing Opera master ever. A famous singer, actor and dancer of Beijing Opera female role Qing Yi and a key figure in the Chinese theater.

After lunch, visit the former residence of Guo Moruo, a deep courtyard located near Beijing's Shicha Lake located Eighteen Qianhai Xijie Street. He is an outstanding Chinese writer, poet, dramatist, historian, archaeologist and paleographer."The Exhibition of Guo Moruo's Life" there revives his unusual life experience as a poet, impressed with Guo Moruo's simple life style and his romantic temperament as a poet and a revolutionary at the same time.

Lastly go to the home of Lu Xun, located 19 Fuchengmen Gongmen Ertiao. Lu Xun(1881-1936)was closely involved with many of the dramatic social changes which have occurred in modern China,and his writings strongly influenced the thinking of many Chines both during and after his lifetime.
