It is located in Beihai scenery and has an altitude of 1630 meters. The mounts all round Beihai Hotel are all with high peaks and beautiful landscape. There are Shixin Peak. A Fancy of Writing Brush Blossoming, the Monkey Watching the sea, Cool Tettace and other beautiful spots near it.

Its hard to believe this but this monstrous hotel near the top of these low mountain peaks. The views from our hotel windows were out of this world. So gorgeous the whole day long with wafting clouds and peaks that pierced through the fog. It would make a nature lover cry out with joy and is everything you could imagine. The hotel itself was very clean, internet service is available, food was so so. Definitely recommend it however please be warned to dress warm. The hotel does not have a good heating system and it gets quite chilly at night. You would need extra blankets or a jacket to sleep in. Washrooms are good.

Best hotel at Mt Huangshan. Close walk up steps to view sunrise. Rooms small and beds very hard even for China. They don't turn on heating in rooms till 7pm presumably to save power. Small bathroom. Restaurant Chinese style with limited Western options but nice view. Friendship Store, China Mobile and China Post on grounds. 1st Chinese hotel I've seen with a expresso coffee shop (Vennys). There were thick red jackets in rooms so you could keep warm when watching sunrise. Not bad considering it's on top of a mountain.
