Beijing International Hotel

Beijing International Hotel, an international standard luxury hotel, was constructed on 12, 1987. Located in the heart of Beijing. This is a great location, close to the main commercial and business districts with Zhongliang Plaza, Hengji Center and Guanghua Place. It takes about 3 km to the Tian anmen Square, only 0.5 km away from the Beijing station, 28 km away from the airport.

Beijing International Hotel offers 1008 elegantly lavished guest rooms and suits, which are 34 suits and 2 ambassador suits. All rooms have centralized air-conditioning, IDD phone, mini-bar, and reliable digital-lock, satellite TV. The hotel has a large square of green cypress in front of its gate, pool and fountain, ground and underground parking facilities for approximately 300 cars. The hotel provides tennis court, bowing court and comfortable yard.

In the hotel, there are Starlight Revolving Restaurant, Yue-Qu Cantonese Restaurant, Shanghai Pavilion Restaurant, Hangzhou Noodle House, and Rose Cafe.

This hotel was part of the package for the tour I bought from www.etours.cn. We had no ideas about it except reading it was a 5 star hotel. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised as we (the 4 travellers from New York ) went to the lobby at around 2.00 a.m. Looked a bit more style than we were normally accustomed to what I thought to myself as I looked around the lobby.
Lovely spacious rooms with good equippment. With compimentary use of bathrobes & cloth sandles. A very nice touch! The staff responsible for looking after the room did a wonderful job, replenishing each day whatever appeared to be used. Some hotels will not do this on a daily basis. It had a good gym with aerobic machines and weight machines. Along with this a sauna and steam room with a nice spa.It was well located in the center of the city. We coul walke to Tiananmen Square for about 25 minutes. After all, we had very comfortable stay in Beijing.
