Arrival at Harbin by flight in the morning. Met and transferred to your Hotel - Kunlun Hotel in Harbin ( booked by us ). After lunch, visit the Stalin Park. The park is located on the south of Songhua River in Harbin. The area occupied is 100000 square meters. Formerly named " River Bank Park", it was built in 1953. It is an open park 1750 meters long, just across Sun Island. It offers many kinds of water-sports and other leisure activties. The monument in the park commemorates the flood 1957 and many vunteers who helped at the time. Then visit Alexei Church and Guogeli Russian Street. The Guogeli street is a wonderful place to stock up on souvinirs and goodies with a Russian flavour – pick up Russian style jewellery or some Matryoshka Nesting Dolls. Afterwards, drive to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. Located on the open place on the way to Sun Island, the ice carvings at the Harbin Ice and Snow World are listed as the world's greatest examples of ice art, the largest ice and snow art exhibition in the world of this kind. People can enjoy the largest and most amazing ice-sculpted masterpieces. All ice carvings are done relative to the festival's theme. This year's theme is " Ice Snow Word and Olympic Dream". The ice and snow park this year will be a snow and ice world of Olympic Games theme sculptures. After dinner, check in Kunlun Hotel or same 4 star class hotel. ( L D )
Day 02:Harbin
After breakfast at hotel, have the excursion to the Snow Carving Festival in Sun Island. The Sun Island is one of northern China's most scenic spots and is famous throughout the country as a resort. However, in winter, when the whole island is covered with snow, that it is the best time to take part in the famous Snow Carving Festival here. The park displays on winter an interesting exposition of figures carved in snow. These are definitely best seen during the day. They are simply incredible, and once seen will never be forgotten. After lunch, visit Siberian Tiger Park. The Siberian Tiger Park is built to protect the Siberian Tiger. The Siberian tiger is considered endangered. Regarded as the king of the Forest, it is the largest felid in the world. Located on the north bank of the Songhua River, it has an area of 1,440,000 square meters. It is an ideal place for holiday and leisure. There are more than 500 purebred Siberian tigers here. What's more, visitors can also see white tigers, lions, lynx, leopards, and black pumas and many more. Afterwards, visit Harbin'most commercial street - Zhongyang Dajie. Harbin is often dubbed as the Eastern Moscow due to its Russian architecture dooted in the city. The Zhongyang Dajie is the most famous street refecting the foreign styles. It includes many European architectural styled buildings from Renaissance and the baroque to eclecticism. Zhongyang Dajie is also a pedestrian steeet in Habin lined with shops and restaurants. Finally visit Ice Lantern Festival in Zhaolin Park. The Ice Carving In Zhaolin Park is the most important winter site in Harbin. The ice activities in the ice lantern park have been held here each year since 1963! A great number of objects are carved depicting gardens, flowers, waterfalls, buildings, European-styled churches, lions, tigers, dragons etc. In the daytime, the ice sculptures are gorgeous and colourful.
