The new Western restaurant “ART 6,” located on the sixth floor with an international buffet combining local culture with French wine, cheese, pastries, and bread.

| Just got back from the beautiful city Hangzhou. Stayed at the Sofitel 5th floor club level. The hotel reminds me of a boutique hotel, the staff went out of their way to help out. There were several staff who spoke great english and that helped out tremendously. Even those who did not speak English tried their hardest to accomodate. I enjoyed the quiet mornings overlooking the lake having my coffee and breakfast on the club level lounge. The breakfast appealed to both english and asian palates. After leaving the Sofitel I spent the night at the Hyatt Grand in Shanghai, I can truly say I missed the Sofitel and all of its little touches. |

| In Hangzhou I always choose the Sofitel West Lake Hotel. It is a nice, good and not to big hotel with a beautiful view over the West Lake. Almost everything is like a good Sofitel standard.
