Thank you so much for the awesome service today! Geoffry and the driver, Mr Shang, were great today. Geoffry was by the exit to the Guilin airport exactly where I walked out. And he did a great job as my guide. The van for the tour was clean and in good condition. The only suggestion I would make for better service would be to allow the guide to eat lunch with the guest when the guest is alone. It was kind of awkward eating alone, and there was plenty of food served which could have easily fed the both of us. I'm hoping the coach tours will be a great experience as well. Guilin Yangshuo West Street

West Street offers not only elegant scenery in daytime, but also colorful night life at night. The architecture seems to be the Chinese traditional style in daytime, but when the curtain of night is coming, it suddenly changes her identity into the Western modern night market. The street is filled with stores, bars, cafes, and hotels. Western bicyclists and backpackers in International Caftes, such as Minnie Mao’s, Hard Rock Café or at Lisa’s Café eating apple, beefsteak French fries, and ice-cream sundaes. It is an ideal place to eat, shop, entertain, study or just take a break……
Following are some places to go in west street at night.

Minnie Mao’s is one of the oldest cafes in town. With its hospitality and first-class food, Minnie Mao’s café have made a name for itself far and near. Noted for its Minnie soup, Minnie tea, and sweet and sour chicken, the place is often packed.

Guilin Yangshuo West Street

Another café has a unique Chinese name called “Mei You” (we do not have), which promises that “Meiyou warm beer, meiyou lousy food, meiyou rip-offs, meiyou bad service, But we do have famous breakfast buffet with Chinese and western food”. Just as its promises, the service here is good and its beer is really cold.
