This bus tour is prepared for those who want to learn more about Beijing and its local life and culture. First visit
the Ming Dynasty City Wall Relics, a park being built on the one- kilometer-long ruins of ancient Beijing city walls, it was open to the public in May 2002. The rebuilding of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) City Wall Relics Park, with a designed area of 13 hectares, is part of the Chinese capital's effort to protect its historical relics. Head to Tibetan Lama Temple, one of Beijing's most famous monasteries. Then move on to Beijing Confucius Temple, among the largest Confucian temples outside Qufu.
You are arranged to have lunch with locals in a typical Beijing resident's house. Then visit the old Beijing lanes by taking rickshaws. The hutong tour lasts for 1-2 hours. You visit the typical Chinese quadrangles, primary school
and more...Finally driving to Beijing Zoo where you can see the lovely Giant Pandas. The Panda Zoo visit takes about 40 minutes. After the day tour, transferred back to your midtown hotel in Beijing.
