We had an absolutely perfect day with our tour guide - Rogin Luo - who took us for a hike along The Great Wall! Didn't know what to expect and were thrilled to have him as our guide. Very imformative, knowledgable and fun! We go to experience a part of The Great Wall that was unrestored and see all its natural beauty. Got a long history lesson along the way!

After the hike, we all went to lunch at a small place at the bottom of the hill. Located in a house, we ate lunch in the proprietors bedroom! What a hoot! Rogin is the Best of the Best! This tour company delivered for us and we are extremely grateful.

Laoyou Rice Noodle
Laoyou Rice Noddle is derived from Laoyou Noodle, the famous snack of local people, which is also the golden branch Nanning. The soup stock is rich, tasting hot and fresh that is efficient in cold dispelling. Cheap and enjoyable as it is, Laoyou Rice Noodle has generated into an imperative dish for local residents.

Baxian Rice Noodle

The raw materials include seasonal fruits and vegetables including papaya, radish, cucumber, lotus rhizome, broccoli, pineapple, preserved by vinegar, pepper and sugar, which taste crispy and tasty.

Rolling Rice Powder
Rolling Rice Powder is made from rice pancake, on which local people will add some minced meat and chopped green onion, and send the pancake into a pot to stream. The last step is to roll it up and dip it into the sauce and enjoy.

Lemon Duck
Lemon Duck is a distinctive dish of Wuming County. After the frying the duck to medium well, adding a crumb of sour pepper slice, sour kale, sour ginger, lemon, plum, ginger and mashed garlic and stewing all of them together. After cooking thoroughly, adding some sesame oil and shoving it out of the pot. The sour and hot taste is appeal to appetite, and the fragrance of lemon will remain to bring you a sense of refreshment.

Dried Rice Noodles
Dried Rice Noodles is also made from streamed mashed rice, and then cut in into the shape of bars, adding sweet roast pork, minced meat, chopped green onion, fried peanut, sauce, sesame oil and mixing them completely.
