Arrival in Beijing, met and transferred to your hotel ( booked by us ) in Beijing. Free for the rest of the day. Day 02: Beijing Starting the day with a visit to Tiananmen Square, the world largest square of this kind. Then move on to the imperial palace, also known as the “Forbidden City” that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch go on with the visit to Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Back to your hotel. ( B L ) Day 03: Beijing
After breakfat, have an excursion to The Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch,go on with the visit to Dingling, one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. Peking Duck Dinner and Peking Opera Show in the evening. ( B L D ) Day 04: Beijing - Xian by air After breakfast, take morning flight for Xian. Met and transferred to your hotel in Xian ( booked by us ). After lunch, your city tour begins with a visit to The Shaanxi Museum - a large modern museum of the national level. Then move on to The Bell Tower and drum tower - dating back to the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Then visit Xian City Wall - a symbol of great significance of the famous historic cultural city of Xian. Back to your hotel ( B L ) Day 05: Xian - Dunhuang by air
Morning flight for Dunhuang. Met and transferred your Hotel in Dunhuang. Rest of the day tour of the Mogao Grottoes and the Echoing-sand Dune and the Crescent Lake. ( B L D ) Day 06: Dunhuang-Xian by air Take morning flight back to Xian. Met and tranferred to your Hotel. After lunch, have the city tour of the Terra-cotta Army - a lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2200-year-old terra-cotta Army of China’s First Emperor-Qin Shihuang. After lunch, visit Banpo Museum - a village set up by a late Neolithic people. After having the local flavor-Dumpling Dinner, enjoy Tang Dynasty Show in the evening. Transferred back to your hotel ( B L D ) Day 07: Xian-Shanghai by air
Take morning flight for Shanghai. Met and transferred to your hotel ( booked by us ) in Shanghai. Free for rest of the day. ( B ) Day 08: Shanghai First visit Yuyuan Garden, a classical Qing Dynasty garden with over 30 pavilions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over ponds. Just next to Yuyuan Garden is the Old City God's Temple Bazaar from the Song Dyansty. Then proceed to visit The Bund, one of the most noted waterfront and architectural symbols of Shanghai. After that, move on to the "Pedestrians only" Nanjing Road, a walking bustling street that is always packed with people waching other people. After lunch, go to Shanghai's new zone - Pudong ( east of Huangpu River) and visit Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower - the world's third tallest TV tower after the 553-meter CN Tower in Toronto and the 535-meter Moscow TV Tower. Finally take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River. Back to your hotel. ( B L ) Day 09: Departure
