Arrive in Beijing, met and transferred to your hotel. Free for the rest of the day. Day 02: Beijing Beginning the day with a visit to Tiananmen Square, the world largest. Then move on to the imperial palace, also known as the “Forbidden City” that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch go on with the visit to Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Back to hotel. Peking Duck dinner and Peking Opera Show in the evening. ( B L D ) Day 03: Beijing - Lhasa by overnight train
Today’s highlight is to visit The Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch, continue a visit to Dingling, one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. After dinner, transferred to Beijing West Station to take Train NO.T27 ( hard sleeper ) starting at 9:30PM for Lhasa. ( B L D ) Day 04:
Whole on the train to enjoy the enjoy yourself while passing tranquil countryside, small villages, crossing rivers and mountains. ) Day 05: Later afternoon arrival at Lhasa
Whole daytime in the train enjoying the views outside. Arriving at Lhasa at 8:58PM. Met and transferred to your hotel in Lhasa. This morning visit the Jokhang Temple, Drepung Monastery. After lunch, move on to the bazaar of the Barkhor Street. Then head to the Tibetan Traditional Hospital and the Carpet Factory. Dinner arranged at hotel. ( B L D ) Day 08: Lhasa/Shanghai air
