Trip advisor, or travel consultant, or tour organizer, or whatever you call it, is the key position to your satisfactory trip planning as well as a successful operation of the tour company you use.
As a potential client, if you want to have a better solution for your holiday package, you are kindly requested to have a basic knowledge of your trip advisor – their daily work, their responsibility and their training. A better mutual understanding facilitates a better co-operation between you and your trip advisor, hence a better holiday solution.
1. Receiving emails
Each day, your trip advisor is busy in handling the emails from different clients – answering or replying. Your travel enquiry email or tour booking email may be among them waiting for your trip advisor to handle.
2. Handling emails
We don’t work 24 hours around the clock, but we promise 24-hour response on emails excepton Sunday. Your trip advisor will divide the emails into two categories on the daily basis - Direct Tour Booking Emails and Travel Enquiry Emails.
Usually your trip advisor first handles the tour booking emails since they are easy to deal with. We have plentiful bus or private tour package with fixed prices. If you are interested in these day tour or tour packages, your trip advisor just simply sends you a confirmation letter. After you have paid some amount of deposit, the deal is made.
But if all the tours on our website are not to your taste, and you want to have a customized tour, you need to send your trip advisor a travel enquiry email, in which, we suggest, you offer a fairly detailed account of what you want and expect from your trip, more information you give, better chance to generate a better holiday package.
3. Planning your trip by emails
So for most of the day, your trip advisor is engaged in figuring out the best travel solution by reading these travel enquiry emails.
Though well educated in English, your trip advisor sometimes still has some difficulty in fully understanding the travel request behind the emails, especially those emails written by non-English speaking countries. In this case, more email exchanges between you and your trip advisor will be expected to ensure a perfect travel plan.
4. Quoting your finalised tour
Once your travel plan finalised, the most important thing your trip advisor will do is to quote your travel package or travel service. Usually your trip advisor will send you the itinerary with quotations attached. In the quotations, your trip advisor will tell you what is included and excluded.
5. Giving you final confirmation letter
If you accept the offer and make up your mind to book the tour, your trip advisor will send you a final confirmation letter with your detailed itinerary and price quotations. Keep the confirmation letter, which serves as kind of travel contract between you and our tour company. The final tour confirmation letter must include the following information:

6. Reminding you of the payment
This is an important step both for you and your trip advisor. You are going to pay and we are going to get your money and close the deal. Normally your trip advisor will set the way of payment according to the following policy:
1) Cash payment for the bus tours
Way of payment: pay cash to the tour guide on the day.
2)Day Tours, Airport Transfer…，
Option 1: prepay by credit card or prepay through PayPal, there is some transaction fee at your side
Option 2: pay cash – US dollars or Chinese RMB on the day, while you should provide your credit card information to hold the reservation, we will charge cancellation fee if your cancel the booking.
Please advise which option you prefer.
3) Multi-day tour packages and China tour packages
Option 1: prepay the total tour cost – you can prepay by credit card, bank wire transfer or prepay via PayPal
Paying by credit card or PayPal will be subjected to some transaction fee
Option 2: prepay the deposit (50% of tour cost) by credit card, bank wire transfer or PayPal, pay the balance upon arrival (you can pay by cash or credit card).
Paying by credit card or PayPal will be subjected to some transaction fee.
Please advise which option you prefer.
Remark: Disputes often occurs because of the trust or distrust regarding the safety of credit card payment. It is good that you act with caution when coming to using credit card payment. Trying to talk with our trip advisor and figure out the appropriate way of payment for you.
7. Offering service during your service
Your trip advisor takes care of you before, during and even after your trip. You can meet them if you like in Beijing. If you feel your service or travel arrangement is far below your expectation, you can contact your trip advisor during your trip for possible modification of your previous travel plan or upgrading our travel service if necessary.
8.Handling your complaint
Your trip advisor will handle your complaint if you are unhappy with our travel service. High-level complaint handlers will be involved if your case is very serious. Your complaint will be delt with during or after your trip. Your complaint will be effective within one year.
9.Receiving strict professional training
All the trip advisors are all college graduates with an English Major and have received strict professional training. Working experience is most important for a good trip advisor. They have continuous working training on the weekly basis. Of course, you is your trip advisor’s best teacher in terms of how to deal with clients.
