This morning we went to the parking lot next to the west gate of Beijing International Hotels, where our shuttle bus was scheduled to leave Beijing International Hotel for Tianjin Port at 10:00am.
Its central location is the main reason why we choose Beijing International Hotel as our shuttle bus terminal (its west parking lot). This designated hotel terminal is located to the north of Beijing Railway Station, easily accessible by Subway Line 01.
In the year of 2011, we have operated five shuttle bus services in line with the Diamond Princess Cruise Calendar (March 03, April 04, May 06, October 10 and November 11, 2011). Up to now, no single complaint from our valuable clients on our cruise shuttle bus service in 2011. But that doesn’t mean there is no space for us to improve our cruise transfer service. As far as I see it, at least the following points should be given some attention;
1. Providing a bottle of mineral water ready for passengers on board
2. Keep passengers comfortably seated on board with easy space
3. First hand information on the number of suitcases
4. Better communication with the front staff at Beijing International Hotel

Please tell me the cost of your shuttle service from the international hotel to the port where Diamond Princess is and how far in advance do we need to book with you if we are on the March 30 Diamond Princess leaving the Beijing area. We will only need to service one way-Beijing to Tianji Port.
