Nuorilang Waterfalls in Jiuzhaigou Sichuan 诺日朗瀑布 (the widest waterfalls in China)
Nuorilang Waterfalls is located in the Shuzheng Valley of Jiuzhaigou at the sea-level of 2365m. Jiuzhaigou literally means “Nine Village Valley” in Chinese. Listed as World Cultural Heritage in 1992, Jiuzhaigou is famous for its beautiful water – multi-level waterfalls and colorful lakes. Jiuzhaigou is located in Jiuzhaigou County of the Aba Tibetan Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, 436km north of Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province.
Nuorilang Waterfalls is 270m wide, 24.5m high with a fall of 20m, a kind of calcified waterfalls, the widest waterfalls in China. “Nuorilan” in Tibetan means “great”. The best time to visit Nuorilang Waterfalls is in Spring and Autumn.

Huangguoshu Waterfalls in Guizhou 黄果树瀑布(the largest waterfalls clusters in the world)
Huangguoshu Waterfalls is located in Anshu City of Guizhou Province in the northwest of China. The water is named after a locally popular tree named “Huangguoshu”. The waterfalls hight is 77.9m and waterfalls width is 101m. Huanghuoshu Waterfalls belongs to the typical karst eroded watewrfalls. Huangguoshu waterfalls exist in clusters, totaling 18 waterfalls in a 20,000m long river bed featuring greatness and elegance. In 1999, Huangguoshu Waterfalss is listed as the largest waterfalls clusters in the world by Guinness World Records.

Yellow River Hukou Falls 壶口瀑布 (the lergest yellow waterfalls in the world)
Hukou Falls is the most famous waterfalls roaring on the Yellow River, a symbol of Chinese civilization. It is located about 400km northeast of Xian and about 40km east of Taiyuan. “Hukou” literally means “the mouth of a kettle”. It refers to the the sudden narrowing of the river bed which causes the water fall of 9 meter, the largest yellow waterfalls in the world.
