Gala Lunch Beijing

China has a rich eating culture. One important aspect of the eating culture is its networking function. To close a deal, we eat; to negotiate, we eat; after a meeting or conference, we eat; family or friends getting together. we eat and the eating list could be much longer. Chinese people  have a rich variety of reasons to eat.

Through eating and drinking, we enhance our friendship; through eating, we sovle our existing problems; through eating, we unerstand each other better; through eating, we get more knowledge of Chinese eating culture.
Today, we at Beijing Xinhua International Tours get together at the seafood restaurant named “Yugong Yupo Seafood Restaurant” on the west third ring road or gala Lunch after our yearly board of directors and the shareholders in general meeting.
We all has a very good and easy atmosphere during the whole gala lunch time in a cozy private room, which holds 13 people, either board of directors or the shareholders in general meeting.
Below are some of the photos taken of the seafood, half done recipes and ordered cooked dishes for our gala lunh..
