Tourist Attraction Description

Beijing Linked Hybrid - Also known as MOMA Phase 2, located adjacent to the north-east corner of old city wall of Beijing. The complex is designed by American architect Steven Holl. It is selected by Time magazine as one of ten best new architectural marvels. It is an ultra-modern expression of 21st.Century ecological urban living.

Visit 798 Art Zone - Also known Dashanzi Art District. It accommodates a thriving artist community, nestled in the over 50-year abandoned military factory buildings of featuring architectural style - typical Bauhaus style with perfect combination of practicality and concision. Now It is often likened to New York's Greenwich Village or SOHO.

New CCTV Building - The new landmark comprises of two L-shaped high-rise towers connected at the top and the bottom at an angle to form a loop. Described as a 'Z' criss-cross, the looped tower is ofen dubbed as"a twisted doughnut" or "'the pants". The CCTV tower will employ 10,000 people and will allow China State Television to broadcast some 200 channels against the present limited 16 channels.

CBD - The Beijing Central Business District is the primary area of finance, media, and business services in Beijing. The Beijing CBD is currently undergoing large-scale development. The Beijing CBD has attracted over 100 Fortune 500 businesses in the media, financial, information technology.. More than 60 percent of overseas-funded companies in Beijing are located in the CBD.

Gaobeidian Village - A thousand-year-old village, the nearest historical village of Beijing and located on the extended east-line of ChangAn Avenue, only 20 minutes ride from downtown. Gaobeidian has a 1500 meter-long Classic Furniture Street which holds over 300 traditional classic furniture workshops, seeing people how to make classic furniture.

This is an exclusive private half day Tour. Once your tour is confirmed, that tour will no longer be available to anyone else except for your own traveling party.

Any mandatory shopping stops on the half day tour?
It is a non-shopping private tour. Everyone hates being dragged to tourist traps. No Hidden Fee!

Does the half day tour include stops or are we in the car the whole tour?
You have the option to stop at most sites for photo taking etc.

Can I be picked up from our hotel or a fixed meeting point?
Yes. normally Hotel Pickup is available if you are staying at a hotel within Beijing fourth ring road. For home pickup or stay far from the downtown, please contact our trip advisor for more information.

How long does the half day tour last?
Approxi 3-4 hours. Rush hours in Beijing can cause serious traffic jam. We try our best to foresee the traffic and limit the tour within 4 hours to fit into your schedule. If you want to prolong your half day tour, you are kindly requested to pay extra tour expense after contacting your trip advisor from our tour company.

What about the tour guide?
They all have the official licenses for tour guide service. They all love their work and are ready to render their good services to you.

How about the vehicle?
For all the small private tours you book through us, we arrange the cars or vans like Red Flag ( Chinese National Car ), Hyundai Sonata; Van Refine 10 or Van Mercedes MB100. If you prefer deluxe or super deluxe cars or vans, please feel free to consult our trip advisors for new quotations.

How about the driver?
All the drivers have the official licenses with over 5 years' driving experience. All drivers select the most dynamic route, observe local traffic regulations. Refrain from smoking, eating and drinking in the passenger's presence.
